Very clean with so many helpful items; kitchen spices, toiletries, pool towels, bikes, etc. The club house gym is basic and a bit outdated. Quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway. Easy check in and check out process.

J and Amy were fantastic! Great place to stay as it was clean and had great amenities. We used the bikes and loved riding around. They were comfortable too. We chose the location because we were going all around from Vegas to St. George, Utah and it was a nice in between. Their place was even better than we had expected and would stay there again!

Absolutely hands down best hosts I’ve ever had! They had everything you could think of- except a rice cooker which Amy HERSELF delivered a brand new one for us! They pay great attention to detail when it comes to feeling comfortable and at home- if I’m ever in Mesquite again, I will absolutely be staying here!!

We had a great stay, the accommodations were very well set up, bed was very comfortable and the guidebook that was provided was a great benefit. Overall, a great experience at Sparkling Springs.

Our communication with J and Amy, and the condo, were fantastic! Nice, safe area and the condo was well stocked with so many amenities that we don't always get at other rentals. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

We came to Mesquite for a baseball camp for our 10-year-old boy and 13-year-old boy. We chose this property based on the previous reviews. It did not disappoint! The pictures online don’t even do it justice. The house is so tastefully decorated, has everything you need and more. The beds are very comfortable and sheets are super soft. Everything was very clean. The pool was too cold to go swimming this time of year, but we enjoyed a nice hot tub and they even have beach towels available. Our boys even played chess and taught me how to play. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect rental unit! It’s located within walking distance to a city park (with playground equipment for children) & huge, separately fenced parks for sm-med-lg dogs! (There’s also an excellent canine club & resort within 10 minutes drive, that we used for boarding!) The unit itself was decorated beautifully, & everything you could possibly need (ie, kitchen items, bath necessities & washer/dryer) was available! The garage is narrow, but you can carefully store a vehicle there. Instructions were thorough & communication was prompt. This host is amazing, & thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable!

Family friendly and comfortable Positive: It was very comfortable and inviting. The area was safe and quiet. The house was stocked with basic necessities and the owners were very attentive and available if needed. The beds were clean and comfortable it was more than enough room for a family of 5. Negative: Unfortunately during our stay the spa was down which is no fault of the owners.

Great location--close to softball fields for the tournament we were in (but also very convenient to everything else in Mesquite.). Very comfortable and clean town home, well stocked. Beds are very comfy and there is plenty of extra bedding/blankets. Our 2nd time staying in this complex. Quiet and has a good heated pool and hot tub and fitness center right behind the unit. Owners are extremely responsive and great hosts! Would highly recommend!

We liked our stay here, easy in easy out. It seemed clean and fairly quiet. It was perfect for traveling with our pet as the dog park is very close. Our only problem was the flight of stairs.

We will never stay anywhere else when in Mesquite! The Sparkling Springs Retreat is beautifully appointed, immaculately clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Jesse and Amy responded in a very timely manner when we needed to contact them and truly went above and beyond. It’s worth noting that the beds were the most comfortable ones we’ve encountered. A+

Las Vegas was packed and I’m so happy I found this place we went to Vegas and the drive wasn’t bad. Super clean and comfortable, communication so effective and fast. I would recommend everybody to stay here and I will definitely book with them again.

Enjoyed our short stay. Great location for golf courses and dog parks. Bed in master very comfortable and the unit was well appointed with all the conveniences of home.

No surprises or disappointment. The townhome was everything I expected - clean, convenient, responsive hosts, cute and comfortable decor, all the things I needed in the kitchen for my stay.

The condo was very clean, just as pictured, very well decorated. Every amenity mentioned was available to us. We had such a great time riding bikes in a quiet neighborhood that has a park right there! The bed was so comfy, we felt so at home, and were able to catch up on some sleep. Definitely going to return in the future.

Great place to stay! Pet Friendly, the condo was clean, well-stocked and has all the amenities needed for an extended stay. The pool was closed 3 out of the 5 days of my stay, good thing that Casa Blanca let me hang at their pool for a small fee. I get that perhaps Jesse & Amy had no prior notice or visibility to the pool being closed however I felt like I should have received a small credit for this inconvenience. Jesse & Amy did offer to buy lunch for the pool inconvenience however I had already made other plans. The only other downfall is the condo sits on top of three garages and you'll have the noise of garage doors being opened throughout the day starting at 4:30am. Jesse & Amy were great host, and I would recommend this property.

This place was great - clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful communicating with me. We ended up forgetting a blanket and she went the extra mile to make sure we got it back. We’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Rental unit more than lived up to advertised promotion. Very clean through out. Kitchen and bathrooms equiped and stocked with anything you might need. Beds were excellent with wonderful mattresses and bedding. Convenient location. Plan on using this Vrbo again.

Great host! Very well kept home, quiet neighbors. Very close to a Park down the street. Small garage but host did give prior notice. Very happy with the layout and decor.

This condo was located in a great area. There’s a kid’s park just about out the front door and a movie theater within walking distance (oh, and a Family Dollar). Of course, for us, the best part was the heated pool and hot tub. They’re beautiful and well maintained. The condo itself is just like it looks. Very clean and looks new. Easy communication and we definitely want to stay again. FYI, garage was too small for us, but we have a giant Tundra 😂. Not even necessary tho since the driveway is large enough. Also, we were glad we had our portable DVD player so if you want to play your own movies, that is something I would suggest bringing. 💗

Place was nice and clean. Appreciated the communication between the host and myself. Didn’t like the cost of cleaning fees and then the host asking guests to do cleaning tasks before leaving. Also did not appreciate host threatening to kick my family and my kid out in the middle of the night because my son was making noise. Just literally threatened to kick us out instead of respectfully asking us to keep it down.

This is a place that you feel comfortable sleeping under the covers. absolutely beautiful home we travel and stay in a lot of air bnb and this is the nicest/cleanest one we’ve ever stayed at. J and Amy were more than accommodating and answered immediately about any questions we had. we loved it so much we went and stay at one of their other places the day we checked out and they went above and beyond and let us check in a little bit earlier into the other place which was a life saver! Both places you feel like you’re at your own home they have everything you need for your stay! highly recommend Negative: the only “con” which has nothing to do with the home or the hosts is the neighbors open their garage a lot which you can hear but not the worst thing we’ve encountered at a place

Jesse and Amy’s place was beautifully decorated and so comfortable! Great location with nearby parks. The kitchen was nicely appointed with the necessities of home. The towels were great! And everything was clean. It was especially nice to have a garage to pull into to keep the car from baking in the summer sun. Highly recommend staying here.

Very pleasant and relaxing. Positive: This was amazing. The furnishings were great. Location was close to where we needed to be. Beds were great and comfortable. Everything was there for us.

A welcoming process from beginning until the end. The townhome is perfect with plenty of room, bicycles, pool tools, huge TV and close to casino. This is a well maintained property and we will definitely rent on our next trip to Mesquite.

Clean and nicely appointed

Fabulous and so clean! The master bedroom mattress was heaven. It felt like staying at a friend's house with so many accommodations and home-y feeling. Excellent response time, never waited. Couldn't be better.

J and Amy’s condo was better than advertised. We loved sitting on the balcony playing checkers as well as the proximity to the sports complex and walking/running path. It met our needs, had everything we needed to cook all three meals, and is a place we plan to stay in the future. Our kids loved having their own beds (with a tv!).

Right from greeting us with a freshly baked fruit bread to accommodating our requests for an extended check in, they went out of the way to help us, I really appreciate their kindness.. We went to Mesquite for a soccer tournament. We had two younger children, and knew a motel would not be a good choice for long days of coming and going. We found this condo for a decent price, and we’re excited to give it a try. This place was perfect! J and Amy have everything we needed available. We were able to cook our own meals, sleep in separate rooms, and just relax. The kids had room to spread out and play. There is a park just up the road, and close to restraints, a Walmart, and all of our soccer games. Amy was available anytime I needed anything. J and Amy are great hosts, and the place was clean. Just what we were looking for.

J & Amy’s place was above & beyond expectations! So clean, nice furniture it felt like we were on a 5-star hotel! The amenities are everything you need & a bit more! The check in was the easiest ever and the host communicated throughout the stay and made sure we were satisfied. I’d love to stay here again!!

Jesse and Amy’s place is a perfect little getaway! The pictures describe it perfectly. It’s really so cute and homey. They basically have EVERYTHING you need as far as essentials. It’s in a great location, and close to mostly everything. Jesse and Amy also have great communication and we’re easy to work with. I would definitely 10/10 recommend staying here.

A great place to stay for travelers visiting Vegas. Less than 2hr to Vegas and few minutes to Arizona border. The condo is actually very beautiful and well organized. The plus point is that the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended for people visiting Nevada!!

Great place

Great place to stay. It was easy to find, clean and comfortable. Hosts were so nice and very accommodating. When we got there I thought it was kinda funny that there was aloe and sunburn reliever in the bathroom...I totally got fried despite using 100 SPF sunscreen the whole time we were there. Nevada sunshine is no joke! So thankful to have both supplied that evening so I didn't have to go search for it while already in discomfort. They literally thought of everything. J and Amy went over and beyond our expectations! We couldn't be happier with our experience. Thank you for offering such a great stay for our family!

If you plan on being in mesquite this is the place to stay! Not only is the price better then some of the NICE hotels this condo has everything you need and more. Jesse and Amy responded quickly to any concerns or issues. My husband works in mesquite quite a bit and I'll look forward to staying there again. 🙂

Mesquite, NV is a wonderful town in the Zion National Park area with a bit of a drive which is also very stunning. We would love to visit the area using their condo again. Carol F
